PATTONAIR

"I joined Pattonair nine years ago as a Sales Executive. In that time, I have witnessed tremendous growth and expansion which has given me huge opportunities for personal development moving into Project Management and Business Development roles, including a two year secondment to Pattonair Italy. Pattonair now has established a footprint throughout Europe, North America and Asia supporting customers such as Rolls-Royce, Goodrich and Agusta Westland. Pattonair is an exciting industry leading organisation, which I am confident will continue to support my desire for future opportunities and development."
David Bowdery (32) European Projects Manager

"I joined Pattonair as a Bid Team Co-ordinator in 1996, shortly after graduating from University. Since then, I have progressed to hold numerous managerial positions including Business Analyst, Project Manager and Procurement Manager, in addition to a one year secondment to Los Angeles as USA Account Manager. My current role as Bids Director involves all aspects of bid management for major opportunities, including understanding customer needs, devising commercial and logistical solutions, cost modelling and negotiating contracts. During my time with the Company, I have successfully managed key customer accounts, implemented projects and won significant contracts, whilst having the opportunity to work across Europe and USA. With Pattonair's support, I also studied part-time to achieve an MBA. I would summarise the Company as a young, dynamic organisation, where hard-working individuals are given every opportunity to prove their value to the business in an open and honest environment."
Adam Portlock (33) Bids Director

"I joined Pattonair in 1997 as a stores person. I have had the opportunity to progress my career to my current role of Production Manager and I am currently involved in supporting the opening of a new facility in Singapore. During this time, Pattonair has delivered huge growth and opportunities to the business and it's people. Pattonair is an exciting, dynamic and ambitious company to work for and I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead for me to progress my career further."
Chris Barnard (33) Production Manager

"Five years ago I joined Pattonair as an Assistant Accountant, since then Pattonair has given me the chance to develop my career through progressive roles and now I am Finance Manager. If you have ideas and ability then Pattonair is a company that will utilise those attributes in a challenging environment. More importantly though Pattonair recognises the value of the team; without their willingness and the abilities we realise that as a company and as individuals we can achieve nothing, and I can honestly say that I've never worked with a better group of people. It is for these reasons that I've stayed with Pattonair and see my future development as part of Pattonair's continuing development and success."
Nigel Crowhurst ( ) Finance Manager

"Joining Pattonair a few months after graduating from University has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Originally taking on a customer service role as a Supply Chain Manager in Derby, I have now spent 5 years with opportunity after opportunity. My current role has taken me to the USA to work on customer development opportunities. In addition, to the numerous opportunities for travel and professional growth, the greatest part of working for Pattonair has been the leadership and the team environment within each company, it is clear that everyone is working towards the same goals."
Jennifer Perkins (31) Project Solutions Manager

"I began my career at Pattonair in USA, ten years ago as a Customer Service Representative. Through the many opportunities Pattonair has to offer, I have advanced through the organization to my current role of Customer Account Coordinator. These are exciting times in the aerospace industry, and with the progress made and opportunities Pattonair has to offer, this is an organization I am proud to be a part of."
Crystal Campbell (40) Customer Account Coordinator

"I joined Pattonair in 2000 as a Quality Engineer and have progressed through personal development that has been supported and encouraged by the company to the position of Business Systems Manager. When I joined the company I was looking for a pleasant working atmosphere with a chance of progression in the future, those expectations have been far surpassed during my time at Pattonair and I have no doubt that they will continue to be."
Richard Burton (31) Business Systems Manager

"I joined Pattonair in 2000 and have progressed through various roles to my current position of Project Manager. My development has been through a combination of training and mentoring taking me from an administration role, to having overall responsibility for a Key Customer Account and onto Project Manager. In my current role I have the responsibility for the building of the new Pattonair Derby facility, an amazing opportunity that I have thoroughly enjoyed. In my time at Pattonair the company has developed and evolved into a global organization, but has never lost it's friendly, encouraging atmosphere. I can't imagine a better place to work."

"I joined Pattonair three years ago as a Buyer / Expeditor in Montreal. I had the opportunity to grow within the company and became purchasing team leader after one year of experience, which allowed me to acquire knowledge in purchasing and my first management experience. Since January 2007, Pattonair gave me the chance to implement a new project in France and I am in charge of the purchasing team. I know that working for Pattonair is one of the best decisions that I have ever made: they support my professional growth and my personal development. Growing company, team spirit, and lively environment are key aspects of working for Pattonair."
