Once you join us you will complete our three month global induction programme to ensure you are fully equipped to be successful in your role and contribute to our ongoing success. Your ongoing progress and development will be closely managed through regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager and formally through your own personal development review. How far you want to progress and develop is up to you; we provide a variety of informal and formal training opportunities. In 2015 we launched our leadership development programme, mentoring and succession planning highlighting our long term focus on learning and development.
